Here, you can see the 6AA battery pack. It has been modified to work as a slide in battery pack, fitting any 2D cell flashlight.
Here is a photo of a special swtich holder I had made for my Blaster flashlight. It fits nicely inside this flashlight. I removed the stock switch holder and switch, and switch seal, and replaced them with these custom parts.

Very bright for any flashlight, but for an LED flashlight, this is astounding! It produces an extremely bright, super white, beam. It is focusable from spot to flood. It produces 120 lumens of light. About 5,000 lux from 1 meter. Beamshots will be added soon.
Here is a great modified aluminum flashlight, using the latest technology in LED lighting. This flashlight uses the new side emitting 5 watt Luxeon Star LED (white color), developed by Lumileds. Luxeon Star LED's are not sensitive to impact, like ordinary incandesent or halogen light bulbs. If you drop it, even while it is on, it will not affect it.
