BRINKMANN (TM) 3 'D' CELL ALUMINUM FLASHLIGHT, MODIFIED WITH A LUXEON STAR LED

Well, here it is! This is a BRINKMANN (TM) aluminum flashlight, which I personally modified, to use the Luxeon Star LED, the brightest LED in the world!

When I first received this Brinkmann flashlight in the mail and opened it up, it really struck me with how beautiful a flashlight it is. And the rubber on the flashlight body and on the head will be real practical for cold weather use.

As this flashlight is modified to use the Luxeon Star LED, and is not mass produced, it is more than extremely rare.

This one single Luxeon Star LED is equivalent in brightness to 18 to 20 5600mcd Nichia white LED's. It will achieve a long burn time of around 24 hours high brightness.
