Hi, Wayne,

I am still thrilled with my 5-watt blaster, and am still using the first set of CR123 batteries. I noticed that you no longer offer 5-watt LED's on the website. Are they no longer available?  The 5-watt was a very good non-lethal weapon during my career (just retired after 28 yrs, left at command-level), and it stopped many violent and potentially violent confrontations....drugs and alcohol made no difference. Now, it protects my Wife and I on our nightstand (just a short reach from a firearm). I now have a metal lathe in my shop, so will be working up a weapon-mount design for some kind of  poweful LED light. Their effectiveness as an incapacitation device far overshadows their usefuleness as an illuminator when they are in the higher-wattage style (like 5 watt). And.....they are terrific illuminators, so that gives you an idea of their power when it comes to provodong the tactical advantage.

Very best regards,

Yes, Wayne...I would be honored if you used my testimonial(s) in furtherance of your terrific products. The benefit is twofold: officer safety, and less need to injure someone who is acting like a fool. The only precaution that is necessary is not to just shine the light into a drunk, drugged, or nuts eyes if they don't exhibit the blink reflex. If they (or anyone else) stares into this kind of light, it will sun-tan their retinas. I also used to tell others on-scene to "watch their eyes" when I was going to activate big-mama-5watt. The reflected (indirect) glare is a whopper. What are chances of engineering a collimating lens that effectively keeps the beam narrow/focused...let's say a 24 inch circle at 100 yds??  Can you imagine how potent that would be?  Terrific target illumination device as well as disabling light (they call it "glare-induced temporary blindness") .

I'll probably get a c-cell phaser from you in the near future, when they are ready and available.

Lemme know if you want my resume for the sake of veracity for my endorsement of your wonderful products.

Very best regards,

John Sarember
