- This combination of LEDs and reflectors is designed for reasonable distance viewing, excellent even smooth soft spreading light!

- Drop-In consists of two pieces, base and rim. Fits together snug, and fits snugly into the head of the MagliteŽ 3D cell flashlight. An electrical connect pin replaces the light bulb. Easy to follow instructions are included.
- Heat sinking is excellent, no problems whatsoever with overheating. Run time depends on batteries used. I use 12,000mAh NIMH rechargables, and run time at full brightness is around 3 hours. Alkalines will work, but will not be as bright and brightness gradually wanes with use. NIMH pretty much remain constant brightness until they need to be recharged. They can be run continuous, no problems.
